Worst and most rude experience I have encountered at this location. Ms. Ashley was giving us bad attitude the whole time! She wasn't trying to be understandful, We would be able to tell by her face right away. Not sure if it was towards us or or she is like that all the time! Seriously considering moving banks.

The tellers here are always super friendly and helpful, especially the teller supervisor Avery. She's always super helpful and attentive in taking my transactions and helping answer all the questions I have on my account, keep it up!

It’s been two occasions already that I done a deposit last minute before they closed around 5pm & I check my account the next day and I’m missing my deposit it randomly disappeared? I want to know what’s happening? I don’t understand if I made a deposit on the October 25th why is the deposit not showing up in my end? Today is October 26th and it’s not in my account ? I deposited cash! Where’s the deposit?….

This place is the best, I was taken care of by the assistant VP Ms Cano she is amazing great customer service from a simple inquiry over the phone to becoming a member in no time! Will do business with this bank permanently!!!!

This 1 star is for Amara Cano , Operations Manager, at this Mcallen location. A while back I went into to open an account for a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Un-Incorporated Association and she kept telling me I needed a document from the State allowing our club to be a legal entity in Texas. I asked for the Credit Manager who would probably be familiar with entity documents but she said she is the one who handles these type of accounts. I quit dealing with her and instead drove to another TRB 35 miles away on a Saturday to open this account. The associate told me he was not familiar with this BUT would get back to me in the next couple of business days after speaking with his manager. He followed through and said he would have all documents ready for me to come in and sign. Managers do not know everything and should admit to it and do their research before turning away customers. I went in to open the account on a Saturday and everything went smoothly. Sometimes you just have to find the right person who will listen and go the extra step to get things done right the first time.

Very bad service. I was ignored at the drive thru lane. Got there at 6:01 light was still green on commercial lane. And both tellers Valeria and Jordan ignored me. There was a customer next to me. At about 6:05 this other customer sent her bin into the bank and meanwhile I pressed the call teller button Neither of the tellers would look up Jordan. Was walking around even laughed with valeria. I honked once and they still refused to look up. When the other car left at 6:08 I honked about 3x and valeria with attitude answered. She said "well you do know we close at 6... you got here at 6.03" admitting she had already seen me. When I asked her why they ignored me they could have just told me she said "well I'm here working". I asked for a supervisor and she said "we don't have one". She left me talking turned the speaker off. I honked again and Jordan asked of I was pressing the button because they couldn't hear anything. I think this was very unprofessional. I totally understand I got there right after 6pm. I'm not upset because they didnt cash a check but because they ignored me. Had me waiting there 8 minutes. When they could have just said they were. Closed. You want a local bank go to NAVY ARMY CCU!
