Very unhelpful staff when trying to buy boots. That is when I could get them to even try and help! 100% don’t recommend. Amazon will get my business yet again.

The manager has a horrible attitude. She has no customer service skills. I definitely would not recommend this particular location. They wanted to charge full price on an item that was on sale to use a 15% discount they offer to sign up for emails.Added response: this was a first time purchase. In the emailed coupon it does not state it is solely for online purchases. The only exclusions are hats which was not what we purchased. (Downtown McAllen,Tx location)

Called in for a Stetson 30X which is sold out everywhere. Ever took our call, saved our hat and then shaped it for us. Very attentive. Has the most hat selection locally. Crowded apparel area. Clean fitting rooms.

I've spent a considerable amount of time browsing the website and I must say I am impressed with the flow and functionality that the website provides. Not only is it set up well, but it is also maintained regularly which I can see through the seasonal updates (for example right now the website features a Mother's Day theme). Kudos to the person(s) behind the upkeep of the website. As someone who has developed a website of my own, I can appreciate the good design that is portrayed. I will be browsing in the coming days to see if I can find a product that would be a good fit for a gift for my mom.

Walked in looking for a new hat. The lady in charge of the hats was a god send! I didnt catch her name but ill be returning here for any cleanings shaping or more hats !
