The shop fixed a watch that had not worked for 25 years and a grandfather clock that had not worked in over 10 years, even bringing it to the customer’s house. They also provided a new mickey mouse watch and repaired vintage watches. The maintenance service on a 1993 Rolex was amazing, with genuine original parts obtained. Overall, the experience was excellent, and customers will definitely go back for all their watch needs.
