I’ve been coming to this specific store for a long time out of convenience but I’m tired of their flawed, for the lack of a better word, customer service. It seems like they always give you the run around when it comes to cutting and retreating galvanized pipe. Whenever I can get someone to do it, they over charge me an exaggerated number of cuts per pipe. They always reimburse me but this is obviously on purpose. Just found this same item Amazon for a few bucks more hassle free. I will pay the extra few bucks.

Customer service amazing,, they are very welcoming and willing to teach, which was huge for me since I was a novice to the equipment I was renting. I left feeling confident and was able to get my task done. Also fair prices.... I'll definitely be back to rent on my next project.

Worst experience in customer service if they don't want to deal with the customer why are they working there. The older man ask me what I wanted I said a wanted a refund since I had been already 2 hours in the store a no forklift person viole help me load my material he got mad at me that if I had to wait the 2 hours for next time come with more time that "his" people where busy with other customers. But the way he explained it to me as if I was a dumb person made me feel so mad.

I went to the Home Depot on Trenton today to buy a sliding patio door. It was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I waited for a an associate for 45 minutes to help me.2 other associates called for someone to help.Nobody showed up. Finally they got someone from another dept.to help.He was useless,he looked up doors on the computer to show me.No help what so ever.I finally walked out and went to Lowes.An absolutely perfect experiance.Lowes is what Home Depot will never be. Home Depot lost a 1800.00 sale today.

I have had the worst experience with the both Home Depots in McAllen and Mission Texas. Employees tend to not want to help while shopping and when you call the don't answer the phone or.pick it up and hang it up. I purchased a home in March and had it remodeled. Bought all appliances from Home Depot. Paid for installation of the appliances, only to have the team that deliverd and should have installed the range, overhead Microwave and dishwasher make excuses of why they could not install them. Then told me to call the store to get a refund. That was a sh#$ show. Ordered other items on line and got notification that they were delivered on August 8th and to pickup between the Aug 8th and 9th. Went to pick it up on the 9th. Was told at customer service that it was just delivered and to call back on the 11th of August. Called on the 11th and was told that it was still not there and still in transportation and shipping. When ask to speak to a GM of the store, he never is in. You will speak to a acting assistant manager or the assistant manager. If your store is not meeting your customer expectations then you should be at your store assisting and training, to make it better so you can take a deserved day off. The worst was applying for the "Consumer Project Home Depot Card". Went to customer service to apply the two ladies there did not want to help and sent me to the contractors check out for that application. That person was not happy to help. Provided my TX DL and my standard HD Credit Card to him and he started to do tha application on his computer. He said it would take about 15 minutes foe the results. After 5 minutes he came back with a smirk and jubliance on his face and said " You Were Declined!! And handed me the Decline letter. I thought impossible as I looked it over. He had entered my name incorrectly. My name is Albert not Robert. He obviously did not read the Drivers license and HD CC at all or with only a glance. When I brought it to hi attention he just asked for the ID again and submitted it correctly this time and got a response back in 5.minutes giving me 10k credit line. No apologies just here. NOW! By doing this he created a nightmare when trying to use the card. Every time I used the card it was declined due to a fraudulent purchase. Because Greensky had now both Albert and Robert under the same address. Not a happy consumer. When I finally had enough I asked for the GM and I got the acting manager. As I explained my concern with emotion he became defensive and said I was threatening in my communication. As told him I never coursed or swore or threatened him. When I asked for his GM's name he would not oblige. He gave me his first name and when I asked for his last name he refused. He said policy was that they do not have to provide for their protection. Protection from what he said that I might be a cartel member that would want to attack him or his family. That was enough for me and my wife. We are waiting for our last item to arrive and we will no longer shop at HOME DEPOT!! McCoys and Lowes will be our goto from now on. I DONT THINK THAT HOME DEPOT CARES ABOUT THE CONSUMER ONLY THEIR BOTTOM LINE $$$.

After Lowe's in Edinburg disappointed me twice. I had to travel further to The Home Depot in McAllen. They had what I needed and were able to deliver it two weeks sooner then Lowe's. After a small mishap on their part, someone at Home Depot went out of their way to get my shipment to me on time.

I have shopped at this Home Depot quite a few times. While it is more "warehouse" or "big garage" in feel than their major competitor, they offer mostly the same products. I have rented tools here such as a large roto-rooter, purchased custom colored paint, materials for small construction projects, plants, and Christmas trees... I have never had a bad experience with Home Depot. I have always found their employees to be knowledgeable and helpful. Today's task was that I was sent by my family to find the perfect Christmas tree... They like the really fat kind, and most nowadays are trimmed more slender... Their selection was pretty good today, and prices reasonable. While I did not find a fat tree I did find a nice looking tree. The attendant offered to trim off the bottom at no extra charge, then bundled it up in netting for its ride home. This particular Home Depot is located next to the HEB grocery on Trenton, almost at the corner of 10th. Traffic can be heavy at any time of day there, but other than that it is easy to find and to get in and out. There is also the Target and many other stores across the street... so if the lady of the house is going to be lost for hours in the vortex somewhere between Marshalls, Target and Kohls, and you'd rather look at power tools, you can always walk over to Home Depot... Just tell her you really need to go to Home Depot to work on your "honey do" list. My favorite section is the plant and garden center... My experience with this Home Depot has always been positive and so I give them 5 stars.

Effin home depot, they double charged me on a deposit, and refused to refund me the extra 350.00 they took out saying that I had to talk to the bank to get my deposit back. They charged me 700.00 deposit for a small generator worth no more than 200 or 300 dollars.I'm not gonna tell them where to stick my 350.00, but I'm sure they can guess.

we went yesterday and today shelf was out of the tile we had bought a week ago but staff was so nice helped see if the had the tile got a pallet down.. loaded our cart and help load in car...last night we found out we needed two more boxes since the opened early we were able to get the material early and beat traffic...thank u..

I went to Home Depot to look for a range hood and was helped out by a very knowledgeable employee named Joe. He gave us very useful advice and quickly got us the microwave we bought. As my wife and I were leaving, an employee ran out with some items we had forgotten on the counter. As I was getting ready to load the microwave into the back of my car, yet another employee stopped by to help me load it into the car! It's great customer service like that that makes people come back to the Home Depot! GREAT customer service! Like above and beyond what you'd normally expect these days! Thanks Home Depot!
