They all agree to steal from customers, they are rats. Be very careful when you go to buy tickets, especially if out of nowhere a guy intrudes when you are being served and the lady pays more attention to him instead of you, she is not doing her job well.

I was buying my ticket and paid, while I was waiting for my change a man arrived who interfered and started asking for a destination and he couldn't even understand where (he did it on purpose), the lady left me standing and waiting for my fair while I attended to the another man who didn't even buy a ticket and without realizing it, my cell phone was stolen and I left it on the counter. Those from this company agree with other people to steal and especially elderly people. BE VERY CAREFUL!

Called this morning and a person named Lupita answered wow! Pero has the worst customer service ever. Me calling as a customer made me not wanting this even us your services.Give a talk to her the way she speaks so aggressively and rude.And I did make sure to let her know she was being rude to get another job if she was being so mean.

I called to book a ticket over the phone & when I Ask for a English speaking person they immediately hung up on me and when I called again they automatically Redirected my call to a machine … I had to use a different mobile number so they can answer my call. Honestly just make your own conclusions.

The only reason I gave this particular company one star is because I couldn't give them no stars. This company should not be functioning in the U.S. The representatives do not speak English nor do they have the capacity to render proper customer service. Tornado Buses are the worst. They need to be wiped off this plant and not be a servicing company. The buses are the worst and smell horrible. The bathrooms are always dirty filthy and the need to get their licenses pulled so they are not able to have any type of business in the U.S. They don't help you nor do they have proper the proper etiquette to assist customer properly, and by the looks of all the reviews I am not the only one that thinks this. Piss Poor Quality!!!!!!!
