“I went a few days ago for my sons first birthday. When we walked in the store was empty and we were greeted by the worker who was very sweet and attentive. We picked out my babies birthday bear and also go him a bluey stuffie. I believe the workers name who attended us name was Sarai or Sarah. 4 more families walked in after us and she attended every single one of them while still being very attentive towards us. We got to chose a scent and record a personalized message as well as add a beating heart to our bears. Of course these do cost extra but there are signs all over the store that state it so it’s definitely not a surprise. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and we had an amazing time in this store. 10/10 service from Ms Sarai!”
