Arrived at 10am for a 1pm appointment
Got a dock door at my appointment time
Got bill's 1 hour 45 minutes after appointment time no overnight parking
But there's truck's parked in front of the business on the street

3/19/25 extremely picky. Make sure it's perfect or they'll reject you. Check in at the guard shack where they take your information. Play have you park on the street until they call you for a dock door. Docks are very tight just take your time backing in. They have you positioned in front of the dock, they check your temperature before they have you open the doors and back in. But you pretty much have to almost pull all the way out in order to open your doors. Arrived early and load was ready early. Secured load with load locks before being sealed. Pulled out of the dock and away a little bit before going into the office for paperwork. No overnight parking

Appointment was at 3pm checked in by 3:10pm. I just got loaded now at 3:50am the next day and still waiting on paperwork. Super slow loading but nice people lol

really catastrophic waiting time... you don't see when it's time to get charged, and once charged you don't see when it's time to get your papers. he should revisit their method

Just park outside on street and checkin on gate. I recommend you to always call the number given on google maps after checkin on the gate. As you can ask them if your load is ready and let them know you already checked in and just waiting. For sure this will help you save a lot of time if your load is ready and unless you will always wait if you don’t contact with inside people and ask them about your load is ready or not. If ready ask them to load you as you are just sitting. Good luck truckers.

Please do not pick up load from here. A lot of wait time at the guard shack. Then they tell you to go outside the company and park on the road for hours. Then they will call you in for the talk and tell you not to open the doors and the person will be with you. And that lazy ass won’t come for hours. Small space for back up, which is fine with me but everyone is suffering while parked at the dock with the door closed until this lazy man gets to the truck and you have to pull out the truck from the door Difficulty Open the doors and back up again and they load you in a couple of hours. Such a hustle to pick up a load from here This was the third time I picked up a load from here and my other friends have bad experiences from here. By looking at the rating, I can confirm people working there are lazy and the rules To check in and getting loaded are stupid

It was not great last week when I was here and this week not so great either. People are really nice but just last week I checked in at the gate and when they called me I went to the dock. When I was loaded they called and said come to the shipping office for your paperwork. This week, the guard says they only check in for some other company. I have to wait until 8 am and go to the shipping office to check in. Who knows next week.
Update. The night guard was wrong. You check in at the guard gate starting at 10 am. You will need your driver's license, plate numbers and state for truck and trailer, and your pick up number.
