“Very easy to purchase tickets online. When I got to bus terminal in McAllen, I got to the counter to check my bags but all the lady told me was where and when my bus was coming in. Never even asked me if I needed my bags checked. They tell u to go a whole hour early, but not really necessary,just as long as you tell them that you have extra bags so they can tag them before they put them under the bus. But other than that... Wasn't too bad at all. Left on time and arrived on schedule. Would definitely travel again.”
