I enjoyed working here!
Customer service is a challenge at times like with any other cx service job, but I liked the flexibility and pay.
Working with a great team and coach of course makes your journey more enjoyable.
It’s not for everyone and does have high call volume , but I enjoyed the job experiences and all the tools I was given to succeed and learn the craft.
My coach and TTEC Inspired me, believed in me, and helped me grow!

This company is an embarrassment and a slap to the face to the Finance Industry. Working for Teletech felt like exploitation, they are the worse company to represent Bank of America. I left Teletech with the impression that BoFA is a discriminatory company. Teletech discriminates against Americans with Disabilities and have no lenience on the differently abled. They don't respect agents with disabilities and clients with disabilities either. Title 2, Title 3 my rectum, these folks don't respect that. Every Team Lead, Coach or Supervisor walks the building undertrained, with no basic knowledge of Managerial or Accrual accounting Principles. No one there even knows what account reconciliation is! These Team Leads and Supervisors are walking around misinforming agents, and the agents get written up and even fired for it, It is not fair. I left Teletech willingly, and now do Investments and Digital Marketing for a living, and let me tell you. Teletech expects their agents to provide exceptional service and also be digital marketers all in under 6 minutes. If I could give Teletch 0 stars I would. They do not deserve my 1 star ⭐ oh and they owe me money! Did not want to pay my last check.

This company participates in selling their job applicant data to 3rd parties. I have a personal email address reserved specifically for professional use of which I did not receive any spam up until I applied at TTEC. TTEC, you should be ashamed of yourselves for this, how short are you in revenue that you have to resort to selling applicant data to 3rd parties? Mind you their application process demands that you consent to have your data distributed to 3rd parties or else you won't be able to submit your application. Scummy company with scummy practices.

Not organized at all.. pay is alright but team leaders come and go and majority of them are learning to be team leads you have to be independent to do good here don't count on having a supportive management team.. best thing here for me were the tacos from the lunch lady ?
