It was fine and a young man was very helpful and even checked in back for my product shade. I know they are trying to create a fun atmosphere but the music is very loud.

What a disappointing experience I had today at Ulta Beauty Salon with my daughter. We came in for a kids’ haircut—something we’ve done here several times before. In the past, the staff always offered to wash her hair before the cut or style it afterward, which made the experience feel thoughtful and complete and it has always been part of the package.
But not this time. Nothing was offered, and the appointment felt rushed and impersonal. I’m not sure if Abagael, who I understand is a manager or an assistant manager, felt she was above providing the same level of service we’ve come to expect. I need to mention that she did offer to style it after I asked about it, but she made it very clear it’s an additional fee. There will not be a next time for us at this salon!

shoutout to Karoline and Cynthia for being absolute lifesavers! I walked in kind of overwhelmed, but they were both so kind and really knew their stuff. They helped me find the perfect match for the new Benefit foundation (I saw it on TikTok) and even gave me tips on how to apply it so it actually looks good on my skin. The whole convo felt super chill and fun, like I was just hanging out with friends who happen to be beauty experts. Definitely left with a smile😆

Yesterday I was greeted by Karoline as soon as she saw me! She immediately helped me find what I needed, gave excellent advice about products I was unfamiliar with, and was super sweet and fun to talk to. Thank you for all your help, Karoline, you’re my fav :)

Worst place to find beauty products!!! They had a sign %50 off on 2 products and even though I pointed at the sign they treated me like I was lying about it! I put the items down and promised to never ever shop there again!!!
