Save your time & money! My mom went in at 12 pm to ship me a very important document. We paid $54 to get 3 day shipping. It said “expected delivery….” on the 3rd day. Went to the tracking info on the website and it stated the label was created at 6PM!!! Because of the delay i missed a very important deadline.

Staff is typically exceptionally rude, they do not hand out mailbox keys, and when asked to pick up mail, it seems like it is a huge problem for them.
And then the week before july fourth, they close for remodeling, but did not notify anyone.That this was happening as far as I know.I never received any sort of notification, so where is my mail going?
Extremely poor customer service, i will not be renewing, i will change to another location.It has twenty four hour door service.So that I can pick up my own mail, and if they are not going to offer this service any longer, then I will use another service that is much more convenient

Everyone here was so nice and super helpful! I needed to print out documents and they were so patient with me. Very friendly staff from the moment I walked in I was greeted and helped within seconds. Highly recommend for your printing and shipping needs!!

Poor delivery instructions or none at all followed through!!2nd order with Target and they're partnered with you all and my special instructions for my deliveries have not been met both times, I live in an apartment complex, reasons why I gave my delivery instructions and my packages were left infront instead of back, not even a knock ar my door. 🤬

Christy was a God send to our team today!! She was kind, courteous, caring, and fulfilled our business needs promptly when we were in a bit of a desperate situation!!! Would highly recommend this UPS store and specifically Christy to any and everyone!! She was amazing and we are so thankful she was the one who answered the phone this morning!!!

This staff was so amazing, shout out to Thomas and Sergio, they helped me in my crisis! I drove to Mcallen all the from Los Fresnos to get my fingerprinting done. The last UPS store was unable to help me get them done so in a desperate effort I drove to S 10th to see if they could help me and they did! They went above and beyond to get this task done and I’m so grateful! They were the only two working and they were still so attentive when they got busy. Great branch!!!

I have been a PO Box customer here for 5 years. I also use them for my basic shipping needs. They’re busy and sometimes there’s a long line, but once I get to the desk help is always courteous and professional. They take good care of the packages and are communicative when I call/email them about any issues I have.

The store I went to was open 7 days a week. They are pretty fast at taking care of people, and there is usually no line at this store.

This is for the audio system trying to speak to a representative. Audio kept asking for a UPS code starting with a "Z". The audio system sucks! Kept asking for the same thing over and over. Did not have a code.

great service up until a month ago. nobody is answering the phone to renew a PO Box and UPS 1-800 numbers are useless fully automated wastes of time.
