This is for the audio system trying to speak to a representative. Audio kept asking for a UPS code starting with a "Z". The audio system sucks! Kept asking for the same thing over and over. Did not have a code.

great service up until a month ago. nobody is answering the phone to renew a PO Box and UPS 1-800 numbers are useless fully automated wastes of time.

Horrible service from the associate Eric. He didn't seem helpful, friendly, or even will to go the extra mile for the customer. Will be contacting corporate office. Also, they never answering their phone..Poor reflection on ups and the franchise owner. No customer service. I will never spend another dime at that location.

After being frustrated by the other UPS store closing at 3:00pm, I rushed to the next available location. Thankfully, this location stays open until 5:00pm on Saturdays. Chrisy was absolutely the best. She had me in and out, after shipping 6 separate packages for me. I left very happy.

This store are greedy they charged me $5 just to hold my package even though they already charged $7.99 over the phone to hold the package at the store. Plus my package was full of oil because some mistake they made.

After having a really bad experience at FedEx, I drove straight here hoping for a better customer experience and was not disappointed! I struggle to carry heavy things and even with a very long line the gentleman helped me get my package to and from my car.. I appreciate that so much

Dropped off a package yesterday. Was treated unfairly by this white female girl at this store. I went here mid afternoon. The front attendant discriminated me while attending another white female customer assumed I was Mexican talking to me in Spanish. She assumed I spoke Spanish which I didn’t. She wasn’t so kind did not even greet me when I came in versus how she treated a white female people like this should not be in customer service. Never doing business again at this store.

I went in for fingerprints for a federal job. Nine fingers went without a problem. Due to some nerve damage, one of my fingers toolk about 10 minutes to get right. The technician was very patient and understanding while I kep apologizing. Very impressed with this kind of customer service. Keep it up!

Recommendation train associates to have better customer service cause. Honestly, that's one of the the main reasons why people visit places in the way they promptly treat them as them being customer service representatives!

Christie helped me redirect a package twice by phone after a series of technical mishaps where I had bad addresses for the recipient. She was responsive, helpful, and patient and made my day so much better.
