Terrible customer service. They’ll close 15 minutes before their official closing time and leave the open sign light on to fool you. Avoid this location.

I ordered an item from a store online for overnight shipping. I had received a call that my order is for pickup only; I live out of state. So I had called UPS on Monday as soon as they opened. I spoke with Nicky, she is an absolute angel! She went over the store nearby to pick up my purchase since the store that I had purchased the item at no longer offered shipping. She walked me through the process and guided me through their website. I 100% recommend UPS at this location! She went above and beyond. Wonderful customer service. Thank you Nicky for helping me!
