Shipped packages, courteous, friendly and fast service, paid with debit card. Also, had a legal document notarized by Victor Galvan, for $10. Notary service is cash only. I will probably bring my side chick here the next time she needs to mail packages to Mexico.

I’ve been coming to the post office for two years now and I love the woman that worked there. But there is a man that works there now and this is the second time where he is being rude and unhelpful. The first time he just gave me tons of attitude and this second time when I made a mistake, he had no sympathy and didn’t care to help. He’s making me not want to come and use their services anymore and I’ve heard from other people that they think this too. Again, I love the women there they’re always so helpful and understanding.

A small location with a steady flow of customers. They have all the supplies you may need to mail documents or packages.

This is not a convenient location to handle business. I felt that I did all the work for ladies working there. I had to tape up my own box and use my own tape I had in my car. After finding out this location does not scan QR codes for shipping labels, they also charged me $1.00 for getting label printed after I cut out label and used my own tape to secure package. Other USPS locations I have gone to have way better customer service. They would have also waived 1.00 fee for printing label. I do not look forward to visiting this location for future purposes.

Wanted me to buy tape, to tape up the box I brought. There's no way you're not nice enough to put a 11 inch strip of tape. Ridiculous. How much is that 1 cent worth?

Very small location on 23rd.St.
Not normally real busy so it's an easy in and out
Convenient location for residents living nearby that would have to drive further to the main post office

I just needed a small piece of tape and they wanted to sell it to me for $4. They're stupid. The guy in front of me also left mad over a different matter. Never coming here again.

Best place to mail when you don't wanna drive all the way to the main post office which is usually always packed. 7/7 the staff is also very friendly and nice.

Well, very convenient to have a Postal Office on the northwest side of McAllen. They have what you normally need to send your mail.?
