The employee named Veronica was incredibly rude the moment I walked in. I came in with certified mail, and instead of offering basic professionalism, she rolled her eyes and acted as if doing her job was a burden.
If working with the public is too much for her, maybe it’s time for retraining or a career change. No one should be made to feel like an inconvenience for simply using the services the Post Office is supposed to provide. Attitudes like this are exactly what gives government services a bad name. Do better.

This is not a real usps! Do not go here. They way over price shipping. Go to a legit usps. Example they wanted to charge me $110 for overnight envelope. At USPS it is $23! Scam!

I brought in a small manilla envelope with my postage. I asked if I had enough postage. She said yes. It had a $100 gift card. It never reached the intended recipient! With pay for insurance or never send money , etc. Thru the mail again! Lesson learned!

Young woman that helped was great. Soft spoken, confirmed the amount of the money order I wanted. No hassle, no fuss. Surprisingly, she has better customer service than most USPS employees. The office is inside a store. Took me a while to find it. There’s no recognizable USPS sign, so don’t look for it.

Service was great at this location, however, this shouldn't be listed on maps as USPS. It should be listed as the actual business name. It is a shipping center not a USPS location.
