First time shopping at Valley Nail Supply! The store is very well stocked, and their prices are much better compared to other places. You can tell the owners work very hard to keep everything in order, and that’s one of the main reasons I’m still giving this place 5 stars.
That being said, I do think the staff could use a little more training. When we asked where an item was, instead of walking us to it, one of the girls just pointed from behind the counter. It would be much more helpful if they came out and guided us directly.
I truly hope the customer service experience improves, because I really do love this store and want to keep coming back

i do love this store , the owner is honestly the only sweet one. i think it’s him, a tall gentleman.ive been going since last year november and the staff was honestly rlly sweet. there was 2 younger girls working and they were super quiet but very helpful and sweet. i noticed they no longer work there . the staff has changed and honestly i didn’t feel welcome the last time i went. all their stuff is super great and great price but the lady at the register honestly made me feel like i was such a burden. she had colorful hair i believe. i had asked her for some 3d sculpting gel and the silicone tool and she just said “the one with a chinese letters” and i proceeded to look and i couldn’t find it , after me searching for it for two minutes as she’s staring , she comes behind the counter ,she then proceeds to lift up a box and showed me something i wasn’t even asking for. and made a face at me as if she was asking a question and i shook my head. so she goes. “oh well we don’t have it” honestly when i go anywhere i really don’t like to ask, and for some reason i got courage to ask and it backfired 😭😭 i tried naty nail supply. they have a new location than before . they’re great .

What a terrible experience. First of all, there is such great irony in all the employees here treating their customers like dirt. Because the staff here is better than all of us for some unexplained reason?
The unsightly woman at the register actually had the nerve to look us up and down like we weren't up to her standards, and refused to even speak to us the entire time. If you're so much better, then why do you run a cash register?
Try Sally's. Try anywhere. Stay away from this location.

The worst employees I have ever seen or dealt with at a beauty store. I have no idea why such awful people get employed. Do not come here.

Go to South Texas Beauty Supply! My visit was a very disappointing experience. The lady at the register was rude when I inquired about a brand. Furthermore, I was made to pay for a polish that fell off the shelf, which was caused by the store's poor display. Rather than relying on signs asking the public to “be careful”, the store should take responsibility for its setup. Investing in better staff and store organization would greatly improve customer satisfaction.

Not a professional nail tech but they have a little bit of everything. I found all the things I was looking for. Good prices, friendly place, and the owner John, the best!!! He help you out with any questions/doubts. Highly recommend it!

MY GO-TO STORE FOR EVERYTHING, they have the BEST selection of everything from acrylic powders to nail gel colors. VNS ILY. and they have the nicest most best staff one of the workers helped me find a color while they were busy stocking, WHAT OTHER NAIL SUPPLY DOING IT LIKE THEM PERIODZ.
