Dr. Fertig was very kind and professional. The receptionists were very nice as well. During my eyeglasses selection, Rosa helped me, and she was very nice and patient. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Will definitely recommend.

I found the glasses I wanted and was able to keep the original lenses while other stores didn't give me that option. The sales lady was very polite and professional so thx you.

I arrived to ask for information and there was a group of people waiting properly, I waited for my turn and when my turn came, the lady who was serving reluctantly asked me if I was going to pick up already ordered glasses and I told her no and she told me well, I won't pick it up anymore. I can attend because I am about to close ?. I understand it was 630 pm, and I applaud your punctuality, hoping that it will be the same for arriving, but at least you would have told me that before making me wait. The next day I called to make an appointment with the office next door to check my eyesight, and a lady with a very unpleasant attitude told me that if I wanted I could make an appointment or I could go there but wait to see if they would attend to me why the The doctor would be leaving early that day, I told him no, I better make an appointment and he said well, wait, he left me on hold and never answered me ??♀️??♀️, if that's how it is to begin with, I guess the service has to be worse, no, thanks

i was attended by rosa, yvette and mary lou and they were all so helpful!! they had a great selection and prices, and the glasses came in in less than a week! 100% recommend!

From the attention to the support picking up glasses, it was busy and she was by herself but that didnt change her mood or attitude she was one customer at a time and ensuring they were treated very well overall awesome experience. My whole family has been getting glasses from them for over 10 years already and every single time is a great experience and well spent time ensuring we are satisfied with our glasses

Good staff but just hate that they like to cramp up patients and waste your time. Appointments are that not to make you wait until 2 hours then see you. That’s just abuse of your patients and is terrible business. Will definitely not come back.
