This is regarding Katya at the pharmacy. I get there asking for my son's prescription and she keeps looking him up and consistently telling me he is not in the system. I've filled prescriptions for him at this pharmacy several times. Finally, she asks for the spelling of the last name and she is able to find him. She starts asking me the questions about the address for verification purposes. And I say Ave and she says "oh no that's not what it says here it says st" mind you, everything else was correct and she's already giving me attitude. She THEN proceeds to tell me there are no current pending prescriptions for him so to call the doctor and confirm they have sent it over. It's 8:39pm. I call the doctor and they say the pharmacy confirmed they received it at 8:12pm. So I come back and let her know, she "checks" again and says "oh it's under review and once it gets approved they'll start filling it". I wait another 20 minutes and get in line to check on the prescription. She tells me she's going to check just to come back 5 minutes later to tell me that my insurance doesn't cover the medication so I can just grab them over the counter or they can fill it there anyways. I ask how much longer is that gonna take. And she LAUGHS. and then tells me idk maybe 10 minutes so do you want it? (with an attitude). At this point I'm just upset and don't understand why she couldn't tell me that an hour ago?? So I left. Katya was very rude and had terrible customer service.

Helpful pharmacy filled my prescription in about an hour regardless of how late it already was. Great service.

2 hours ago it was supposed to take 30 minutes, told to come back after lunch. Come back 2 hours later wait 30 minutes in the drive thru. Oh not ready please drive around and get back behind the other cars, um no, not waiting another 30 minutes. Decide to make it easier and just walk in. oh, can’t give to you, there is an issue call your doctor. Can’t call my dr they are closed you said it was fine beforehand. Oops they say. Now I’m screwed. Can’t make this up.

If you’re on line outside and there is one car in front of you, expect to wait a least 30 mins. They are super slow!! Definitely moving to another pharmacy l.

I came in for a refilled and ended up waiting 45 min. Finally I was told that I had to renew my prescription. I'm allowed 3 refilles I just had 2 and this medication are for seizers. I ask if they had call the Dr. and was told I had to call. I do remember I was told they were going to call and for me to wait.

Called 3 times to ask a simple question about taking 2 medications together and had a horrible experience! First time I was continuously put on hold and finally gave up and the second time they didn't even let me know I had to hold longer. The last time I called I told the girl she should at least let me know I was still waiting and they put me on hold. After a while the phone rang and rang until they picked up the line and hung up. I'm in so much pain and the stress is making it worse. I'm not calling to chat but because I have a legitimate need. I called CVS and they picked up right away and my conversation took no more than 20 seconds. Unfortunately, the Walgreens pharmacist could not spare 20 seconds and I will be changing all my prescriptions to CVS.
