Fraud department is a joke. Called reported Fraud they canceled my card. Got a message that my new card was ready to ship and guess what. They charged that card too. Called and canceled that one going to send another one but the charges are still there and they sat it's my fault. How I would really like to know.

Only one person working and there was a long line, and only one person working, when it was my turn after waiting for a long time, I asked to withdraw certain amount of money that I knew wouldn't allow me to withdraw at the ATM then she literally sent me to the ATM, and I couldn't take out the amount she had said so she's a liar. Terrible service!

What is the deal with having only one person working the inside?! There's like 20 some people waiting in line! Not a good sign to bank here. Please look into this, since it's the same at different locations.

50 minutes and still waiting to get to the box. Apparently only bankers now can let you in and none of the tellers(wasn't ever the case). Manager either not present or unable to help. Saturday morning. 5 minutes aftet opening. I would like to thank reception person as he is doing amazing job job.

I’ve been with Wells Fargo for over 7 years now & it’s irritating having to be the one dealing with miscommunication from every representative there I am so fed up with this bank if I could put 0 stars I would this bank has nothing to offer for anything or anyone it’s regulations Are ridicules as well as the team communication I have money that’s been pending for 4 DAYS NOW and I keep getting told “oh tomorrow morning for sure” this is outrageous and just little to no care for a valued customer that’s been with them for quite awhile any other bank at this point seems 10X better than this one
