I’ve been with Wells Fargo for over 7 years now & it’s irritating having to be the one dealing with miscommunication from every representative there I am so fed up with this bank if I could put 0 stars I would this bank has nothing to offer for anything or anyone it’s regulations Are ridicules as well as the team communication I have money that’s been pending for 4 DAYS NOW and I keep getting told “oh tomorrow morning for sure” this is outrageous and just little to no care for a valued customer that’s been with them for quite awhile any other bank at this point seems 10X better than this one

I had the pleasure of encountering a wonderful person by the name of Gabriela Garcia! She exceeded my expectations in regards to customer service and was able to assist me with information about starting a new business account. This branch has been the only branch in the Rio Grande Valley that has actually answered the phone. Thank you again for all of your help!

The bathroom are closed to their own customers, so if you’re waiting there handling business for an hour and half you better know where the nearest gas station is because the bathrooms are closed due to COVID. It’s November 2021!

I was going to open an account at Wells Fargo, but reading all the reviews l just changed myMind. Omg l moved here from Seattle Washington and over there people are so kind and professional. I can imagine the people here that work there. Very disappointed!

I had a problem with the bank in conway they didnt want to deposit a check and wanted to charge me a fee, so i came to this bank and we waited for less than 10 minutes the lady and manager were both very nice to us.

Worst customer service for a bank! Need to make an appointment for bank transaction. Two days to handle my needs! I'll take my hard earned money elswhere!

The manager, I don't recall his name. Was a total gent, helped me out with all my issues. I had lost my debit card and for some reason the post office can never get it delivered to my home. I have come across some drive through tellers that are kinda sassy but thats few and far in between. More often than not, you'll get 10 out of 10 service at this bank.

At reception the individual in charge is very kind and professional.The point of concern was with a specific banker Gabriela Garcia. From the beginning of the appointment her demeanor was very rude and she did not seem to be invested in providing good service. Additionally, she was uninformed about small business paperwork stating there were errors in the documentation when previously at this same bank had been commended on the professionalism of the same paperwork. She was unable and unwilling to help which led me to go to another bank. This same paperwork caused me no problems at the other bank and I was able to smoothly open a small business account.

Reception is efficient and polite and informative. The issue with this specific location was encountered with the banker Gabriela Garcia. She was extremely rude and unprofessional, she was not informed of policies regarding small business accounts. She stated there were issues and inconsistencies with paperwork while being very vocal in her ill-mannered ways. I took my business with Bank of America and they set me up with an account within 20 minutes with the exact same paperwork. I will not be recommending this bank to my clients and family.
