Stopped by at around 2:30pm yesterday and it sounded like the manager was scolding one of their employees near the fitting rooms - which is where I was. I find this kind of behavior very unacceptable and unprofessional. As a team leader or manager, it is our responsibility to ensure our team feels safe, respected, and valued. Hearing this type of behavior left a really bad taste in my mouth. I can only imagine what happens when customers are not physically around.

Thank you so much Ulisa!!!! For going over and beyond. I had a situation and she handled it very well. I purchased and dress for my ceremony this month and my order got canceled and thanks to Ulisa everything will go perfect for it. Ladies I recommend this place not only to shop but the Ladies are helpful and kind.

I went looking for a dress and while i was looking the customer service was amazing. Everyone had awesome attitudes and it just felt welcoming being in there. Karen made it an amazing experience as well. She was very attentive and helped when it came to looking for sizes and asked multiple questions if i liked or needed help on anything. I will definitely be going back.

Had a bit of trouble exchanging a dress size due to me misplacing my receipt but they made it work and got my right size. Excellent customer service! One of my favorite clothing stores.
