Went today 12/14/23 around 8:15 & I asked to buy a gift card! The girl who was at the front was supper nice she had like wavy hair and was dressed super nice! Asked me what color of card I wanted, box & envelope! She deserves to know she appreciated. Asked her for her name and she said she wasn’t alllowed to give it but just know she’s a good one!

Extremely poor customer service. They made me feel like my business with the store was not worthy. They made me feel like they were making me a favor for trying to help when in reality they weren't even helping at all. Terrible service, they do absolutely nothing to help you, and they make you feel like they are doing you a favor as a customer by helping you.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIFICALLY FROM MANAGERS!!! After chatting with Cistomer Service online to get a Refund ID#, the manager stated I didn't have an Order # and he couldn't refund me. He stated the order# was taped on the delivery box the item came in when dropped off in my house...obviously I threw the box and thought with the Zara App, it was going to be sufficient. But, NO. He needed the email Zara had sent to my email as proof. I told him I had already deleted several of my messages but that Customer Service had already found my purchased item and had given me a Refund ID#, well... he didn't care and told me to call them instead to ask for an order#. He also stated that my item wasn't in my profile and that a lot of other customers also complain about not getting all of their items purchased in their Zara App's profile. Either way, he chose not to return my item even though I had the refund ID#. This was extremely upsetting, after purchasing almost $500.00, he couldn't retfund $12.99!!!

I don’t understand why customers act like the victims when they treat the store like it’s their feet! The employees are such hard workers & management has gotten great! I love shopping here! And it’s bigger than Austin’s & San Antonio’s store!
