HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIFICALLY FROM MANAGERS!!! After chatting with Cistomer Service online to get a Refund ID#, the manager stated I didn't have an Order # and he couldn't refund me. He stated the order# was taped on the delivery box the item came in when dropped off in my house...obviously I threw the box and thought with the Zara App, it was going to be sufficient. But, NO. He needed the email Zara had sent to my email as proof. I told him I had already deleted several of my messages but that Customer Service had already found my purchased item and had given me a Refund ID#, well... he didn't care and told me to call them instead to ask for an order#. He also stated that my item wasn't in my profile and that a lot of other customers also complain about not getting all of their items purchased in their Zara App's profile. Either way, he chose not to return my item even though I had the refund ID#. This was extremely upsetting, after purchasing almost $500.00, he couldn't retfund $12.99!!!

I don’t understand why customers act like the victims when they treat the store like it’s their feet! The employees are such hard workers & management has gotten great! I love shopping here! And it’s bigger than Austin’s & San Antonio’s store!

Worst experience ever! Shopped here for the first and last time. Tried to return a pair of swimming trunks brand new with tags and the cashier cut the tags off right in front of me and denied the refund. I asked to speak to managers to explain what happened and the manager told me they could give me store credit but no refund. I asked for the number to corporate and his name he told me he did not have to give his name and that corporate would not care about my refund. Buyers beware they will cut the tags off your item and deny refunds. Called corporate and still haven't heard back. The item was in the bag and in my possession for a week there was no need to deny my refund for an item with tags.

This store in McAllen has the worst customer service. Starting with the Managers, they would never do anything to go above and beyond for their customers. I tried to exchange some clothes I bought within the 30 days, I couldn’t locate the receipt(which I found later) yet they don’t Trust people. Maybe they don’t care now, but eventually customers won’t come back to a place they feel mistreated

This has nothing to do with clothes specifically. This is a review for the poor customer service that I’m sure every customer receives!! I can list a various amount of examples but I think Zara should know what kind of employees they have working there.. I can’t even say the manager should know because even the manager has the ugliest customer service. It’s annoyingly upsetting because I myself work in customer service and even if I’m going thought a bad day I love enforcing a positive attitude and uplifting energy towards my customers. These employees need to change that. They have the mentality that just because the clothes sells itself that their work here is done. Horrible experience every time I shop. I’m not done… this particular employee didn’t want to give me the size of the shirt I wanted because she said it was “hers” on her shift. Ridiculous!

I love ZARA! Bought 2 coats a couple years back around 2019 maybe during a December sale. They are still fully intact with no loose threads or anything whatsoever. I get lots of compliments on my black one still to this day!Remembering back yes there is mostly a long line which staff takes forever. Never got asked for assistance but that’s fine since I’m there for me not the staff. ?

Customer service is unacceptable. People look so unhappy working there. The value for my purchase today was $200, I don’t come to any store to pay $200 and not even be greeted with a hello back when I say hello. Lack of manners, especially the person who charged me. It was a boy with dark hair, kinda long, and looked miserable like he didn’t wanna be there.

Defective pants. Don't have the receipt. They don't want to exchange or refund. Called customer service who were of no help, and even hanging up. It is Zara pants. They ACKNOWLEDGED it was defective, yet, they want me to pinpoint the exact date I bought them to find the receipt in their system. Never again will I visit a Zara store again. Application uninstalled, and unsubscribed from their emails as well.

I ordered items online, tried returning with tags and less than 30 days but they refused because tags were not on. I had all tags and item was new in perfect condition. Horrible staff, very disrespectful and I overheard them talking about me. I spoke to manager and she flat out refused because tags were not attached. Zara policy says you can return as long as you have tags with you. Don't go here, staff needs better management and customer service training!

Worst customer service. It’s the second time I have an issue with management, I believe his name is Adrian. After making an hour in line waiting to pay the cashier charged me the wrong item, I went back to the store and explained the situation to the cashier who was responsable for overcharging me and as he was about to fix it, the “manager” comes and screams at me and the cashier. To go back in line. I explained the situation and since it was an issue with they service, I didn’t wanted to wait another hour in line. The manager was disrespectful, unprofessional. He is the worst person and with the poor associates. He mistreated everyone there.

HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Manager and head cashier have no professionalism. I love the clothes, but being individually harassed and spoken down to is NOT WORTH IT! DO NOT COMEHERE! IF YOU HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE CLOTHES QUALITY, AN ITEM FALLING APART, OR UNSEWING, DO NOT EVEN TRY GETTING AN EXCHANGE FOR THE SAME ITEM. THE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT ZARA CLOTHES WERE DISPOSABLE….LITERALLY. I cannot fathom such ignorance. STAY AWAY!!!!

I love Zara clothing but unfortunately everyone hired makes the experience shopping here terrible as if it’s our fault as customers they can’t afford a better paying job than retail. Plus they never even bother sweeping up the fitting rooms, they’re full of trash and dirt.

I have been here multiple occasions and it is always the same thing, every one here seems they had a bad day before coming to work. This place seems to train their employees to see who has the worst attitude, when the business closes they are literally following you around telling you the store is closed.To make matters worse , their return exchange policy stinks,You can tell the company from over seas. never coming back

I’m currently paying for my items.A jacket and a pair of pants. So, obviously me finding clothes to purchase is not the problem.The problem is the girl as cashier in the mens department. She is so rude and couldn’t answer a simple question, “where do you have a trash can at?”If people are gonna have a bad attitude or aren’t customer friendly then they shouldn’t be hired or put to work.Those of us who enjoy our jobs/careers also want to enjoy our lives outside of work. People like this girl in front of me with black frame glasses, white shirt, and black haired pony tail make it difficult to do so.Stay home if you’re not in the mood to work and be customer friendly or simply quit. People like you are the example of why everyday people hate on everyday people .
