After visiting this store before Christmas and eyeing a beautiful tray, my husband went back later to purchase it as a surprise. A nice woman helped him - she unloaded decor from the tray and then wrapped it up, without examining it or giving my husband the opportunity to inspect it. When I opened it Christmas morning, I noticed a large imperfection. It looked like a candle had been burned on it and left a heat mark. We tried to return it immediately after Christmas, but they were closed. When we were able to return it, we were greeted with the policy of "no returns, no exchanges" but would be able to have a store credit. All I really wanted was the beautiful tray :( They did not have an exact replacement but one that is just as pretty. However, at no time did the sales lady apologize. In fact, she subtly accused us of marking the tray. Left feeling disappointed and insulted. What a negative experience.Service: Home decor selection”
