“I recently visited this location for the first time after having some car trouble and needing my battery recharged. While helping me with the recharge, the employee Demond and I hit an unexpected snag after I realized my manual key (which I’d never used before) didn’t work on the doors! He went above and beyond brainstorming ways to get me into my car without calling a locksmith. Although we couldn’t solve it on the spot, his effort and kindness earn him a million points in my book!!
While waiting for the locksmith, I noticed how clean, organized, and well-stocked the store was. I also watched Demond and the rest of the team provide phenomenal guest service, quickly helping customers find exactly what they needed and offering knowledgeable advice. Highly recommend this location! It’s now my go-to for parts and accessories.”

“I drove in with my 2019 Nissan Rogue after the battery light came on, and I was honestly very worried. I went to O’Reilly Auto Parts store #5777 and spoke with Dawn. She was extremely helpful — she came outside, ran a full test on my battery, starter, and alternator, and explained everything clearly.
All the tests came back good, and she reassured me that the battery would recharge and there was nothing serious to worry about. What a relief. Her professionalism and kindness made a big difference. Thank you, Dawn!”
