Best buy is always nice. I have noticed recently that the shipping is fallen to average. My espresso machine, I just returned, was in its box, and thats it. Hence box was damaged and not realkt sure about item. B

Hard to find someone to help but when we did, he was friendly and knowledgeable. They don't have the best prices but it is nice to have a place to physically check out an item. Good clearance prices though.

We Purchased a upright Freezer at the end December, from Mckinney, Best Buy. Their Delivery Co. , delivered it on 5th of January 2024. Driver backed over our Mailbox and our neighbor's. We have been 1 month trying to get them to fix problem.. they will not return calls. Driver would not give us information or give their boss's name. They just drove off. We will never again buy from Best Buy if it costs me a 100 Dollars more, I have purchased 5 TV's, Kendall, Deep freeze, paper schredder, other items from them. Doesn't matter, they are no help !!!!!!

We purchased a freezer at the end of December and Best Buy's delivery company delivered. While trying to back out of driveway, they backed over our mailbox and our neighbor's. Driver would not give any info. or their boss's name or phone number. They just drove off, neighbor witnessed the whole thing. We got their liscense. We reported problem to Best Buy they are making no effect in trying to fix problem. Delivery company will not returned call. We have been calling delivery company and best buy for 1 month. no luck! we have purchased 5 TV's, Paper Schredder, Deep Freeze, kendall and other items . We will never set foot in another best buy store. I'll pay $100.00 more if I have to. Best Buy Store is worst I have ever dealt with. I have never had a problem like this. this is only around 450 to 500 Dollar claim for 2 new mails box's and labor to fix. We have picture to prove damage Best Buy Does not care. If I was late on a payment I would here from their sorry A's though. They Defiantly do not care. Customer care is "P" poor.

This location was clean, well organized, and well staffed. We purchased a new refrigerator in th majir appliance department. The sales associate, William Gestner, was knowlegable, attentive, patient, and helpful. Even though we live near the Park Lane location, we drove back to McKinney to work with W.G.

Went in on Sat Jan 20 at 11:00 am. Knew exactly what I needed (iPad Pro 512 gig) just needed someone to get it and check out! Waited ( along with 2 other people) and was told someone would come. Then scanned the barcode to be waitlist also for help. As we were waiting I was showing my husband the iPads. I picked one up and the alarm went off. The lady (blonde working the front doors) came and acted annoyed! I even repeatedly told her sorry I didn’t mean to and she never responded just acted mad. Needless to say we left to spend our $1300 else where!

Manager today refused to price match to Costco unless I got a Best Buy membership. Nowhere on the bestbuy website does it say you need a bestbuy membership to price match Costco. Absolutely ridiculous treatment and condescension by the manager. Luckily the online rep was able to price match me with no questions. Even got me the color I wanted despite it being currently out of stock on Costco’s website. Picking up the laptop at another Best Buy.
