Worst chase location i've ever visited. These guys are just trying to avoid work for current customers and turning them away.Recommend visiting other branches near by with way better customer service. P.S. Speaking with what i've experience 3 times.Yes, i just gave them 2 extra chances solely because it's near to Sam's Club and I frequently go there for groceries.

I went here on a Friday at 4 to get a cashiers check for a car purchase. I'm sure that is one of the most annoying things I could have done, but Laura was super nice and extremely helpful! These people work HARD!! Thank you for the great service!

I typically just use the ATM which does get very backed up sometimes but on this occasion I used the teller. She was very friendly, fast, and professional. It's nice to get service from an actual person occasionally.

25 mins to get a paper notarized. What a joke, I even called before I went in. Left at the 25 min mark. Not one customer inside. I'll go to my other bank.

SHE IS FAST, EFFICIENT, VERY NICE TO TALK TO, KNOWS HER STUFF AND EVEN GOT ME A CUP OF COFFEE. EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL AND THIS KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RARE THESE DAYS; SO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IF WHILE YOU CAN. I have to start by saying I had to call like 5 times for someone to answer the phone so I can make an appointment. I want there and the lady at the door I told her I made an appointment and I told her the name of the person I talked on the phone with and she said “we don’t have anyone with the name” and she also said “ the person that dose the notary is not here” so I called the bank again and Mrs. Deysi Garcia answered the phone and she come out and helped us. I would definitely give Mrs. Deysi Garcia a five star for helping us. They just have really bad customer service.

Worst bank I have ever dealt with. When you need you're money they will not give it to you. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get the money in my account after closing it. Save yourself and go to another bank.

Worst experience as a Business select member. Ended up driving 5 minutes to another branch that could assist me. Will never do business at this location again.
