I tried to open an account and the bank teller who helped me was very rude, at first she told me she couldn't open the account but then came and told me I had wait for her co worker to open the account.

I had to call twice just for no one to answer about my card being frauded so I call the other chase on university and they responded and were very helpful

Unless you to open a new account, don’t expect to get any help. Best to just transact through the drive through.
