This place is the worst! Everytime I try to get customer service here the answer is NO! Tried to open an account today and there was no one to open an account, only by "appointment" but there was someone whith a cashier who needed help and suddenly there was a banker to help. Is like they pick and choose their customer. As if my money was not as valuable as other people's money. Wonder what's their criteria to choose who to help????

Don't pick up the phone if you call. No one to help in this branch. Rude customer service anytime you walk in. Walked in today and spoke to a banker and they need to set up appointment for another day to be able to open business accounts. I hope this bank branch closes soon as it's a joke in the name of banking. Can't open online accounts, can't open it at bank. Perhaps POCs aren't allowed here

Avoid this location. Uneducated branch manager, untrained staff that can't do and don't know how to operate simple wire transfers that cost my business thousands in damages and credit.Manager didn't take responsibility for their actions and blamed the employee.Do not use this branch location!

0 stars if possible. They refused to notarize a family trust because it had firearms on it. Shows where they stand on the 2nd Amendment. Went down the street to the Custer and Main Chase and they notarized it. It’s impossible to speak to anyone at this branch on the phone- go ahead and try calling. You will never reach a single person. This bank is the primary reason I swapped a $35k savings account to RBFCU. Horrible all around.

Would give 0 stars if I could. This branches reviews show how they don't value customers. Maybe corporate should evaluate the managers and staff's attitude towards customers and make some changes.I called the bank to see if they allow foreign check deposits. I informed them what country the check was from. They said it couldn't be done via mobile and I had to bring the check in. When I was in the other country vs wasting time going to the issuing companies bank account (didn't want to waste time and money on taxis and such), I was given a check from a business. I brought the check in and they said, sorry. They didn't care that I could prove that I inquired about this matter. They said the list changes daily. I asked to show me where on March 6th the countries checks were accepted, now they are not. They couldn't. Now, I have to incur a fedex charge to send the check back to family in the country to cash it. Out $70 on a $110 check. They will not reimburse me.

Overall good branch, the lines aren't very long during most times of the week. I have accounts at the major 3 banks for various reasons and Chase has always been good about wait time but this is a good location. I worked with a personal banker in one instance and it was very productive.

6 employees, only one working. You’ll see in other reviews, they mention the guy in the office on the right when you walk in. He’s the manager and is the laziest of the bunch, their problems are definitely top down.

Horrible customer service I will never use this chase again disrespectful workers who interrupt you when you are speaking to someone else! And I will be closing my chase account!!! As soon as you walk in the door the office to your right is the coward who wouldn’t let me have a conversation with another employee!!! And he was absolutely rude!!!

Really disappointed with the service here. Honestly, I'm not sure how anyone can be enthused dealing with a bank in the first place, but let's just say Malacai went out of his way to make my experience miserable. Even though Chase does not require masks, this rep insisted I wear one, then proceeded to not cover his own nose while providing his lackluster service.
