A staff member was extra helpful when a business account was opened today. Customers have been banking here for years and always find the service helpful. Lines are usually short, and a personal banker was productive in one visit. At the Custer Virginia branch, a lady was professional, kind, and explained a lengthy hold on a check, giving recommendations to avoid future issues. The branch is friendly, good location, always professional and excellent service. Customers say it is the best and favorite bank since moving here over 7 years ago.
Was 4 hours away from home moving into our new apartment and walked in and was welcomed and treated like a longtime member. I was greeted and treated well by both Brenda and Maria who assisted me with two cashier's checks that our apartment's office required. Will be coming by in the future to set up more accounts.
