Cala was awesome, unfortunately, she wasn't available when I actually picked up the vehicle, but the manager was able to get me in the rental without much of a delay.
Cala was not only friendly and respectful, but went above and beyond to lock me into a nice rate. 5 stars for get customer service.

The Metro Drive location in McKinney, TX always takes care of us by listening to our needs like when we need a larger vehicle and when something goes wrong they either fix it or compensate us for it.
