I went for TSA precheck appointment. Their internet has been down for 3 days and they didn't know when it would be back up. They said they had no way to notify me. Very disappointing

Excellent service from this shipping center. They were helpful in getting a heavy, bulky computer box out of my SUV for a FedEx shipment and they were able to scan/ship my UPS Amazon return in a single stop. Thanks!
