“It should be posted on every single one of these places on google, that their last pickup by FedEx is sometime around 430pm! The main stand alone stores is around 6pm. It all depends on distance from the main hub so packages can get to an outbound airplane or truck, depending on selected service level.”

I want to extend my absolute sincerest thanks and appreciation to the incredible team at this Eldorado Pkwy location. For the past 7 years, I have been bringing school story projects here for color printing, and they have always turned out so bright, colorful, and on fantastic quality paper. Their high-quality work has directly helped me bring the love of Christ to warm the hearts of residents at a local retirement home, where we have served for the past 5 years doing puppet shows, singing, and interacting with them.
Most recently, I brought in an oversized lamination job, and once again, the quality of their work far exceeded my highest expectations! They even went the extra mile to trim it to the perfect size, and the final result looks absolutely terrific.
This office is hands-down the absolute best in McKinney, and that starts from the top down. I want to especially highlight the manager, who represents the absolute best of old-school customer service—incredibly approachable, deeply professional, and genuinely caring. It is rare to find a team that handles customers with such grace and excellence. Thank you so much for your outstanding service over the years; it is greatly and highly appreciated!”

“After driving around looking for a UPS store that I guess closed down I came across and stopped here to return an Amazon package only to find out that I needed to have it in a box and taped because this location was an ‘access point’ something I wasn’t familiar with. The attendant was so nice. He boxed and taped the package as a courtesy without charge. His act of kindness was much appreciated and I will definitely be using there services in the future…”

“Most UPS stores stress me out but the service I received at this location was great. I was helped out by a lady name jadee, she helped me with a difficult return and was really patient with me while I figured out who I was shipping to. More places with service like this are needed.”
“Because a manager who will be retiring soon will not do his job, I am having trouble receiving my packages. I keep getting messages that the address is wrong but it is not! When this particular manager makes the schedule, they put my house number first or last and not in the correct order of delivery. Because of that many times my packages are returned to your wear house. If this manger cannot fix the problem please give someone else the job!!!!!! The delivery people can get packages here when someone besides the manager does the schedule! My phone number is 214-402-9890. Please call me, because I have spent way too much time calling UPS trying to get this straightened out! You need to retire that man and hire someone who will do his job!”
