“New owners took over several months ago and have improved their offerings. Still wished they were open until 6pm but they provided a key fob to access mailboxes whenever so that more than works for us.Have had a box there for a while, never had any issues, friendly people. Wish they had better hours, closing at 5:30 is way to early. 9:30 openings feels too late in the day for a shopping biz.”

I had to package some items that I needed to drop off for USPS, and he even gave me some pointers for a different packaging store that ships for USPS without having to wait in line at the post office. He has a great attitude and didn't make me feel like a bother! Will go back to this location to be served by Rick, even though it's out of my way.”

“I am a frequent customer at the UPS Store (#4094) on Suite 100, 4100 Eldorado Parkway, McKinney, Texas. The store manager Jordan is always very pleasant, kind, helpful, and appreciative and is a joy to work with. I mainly go for printouts, scanning, xerox copies, notary services, and always and always I come back out fully satisfied and happy and contented. Jordan and her fellow coworkers always greet me with a smile when I come and always bid me a sweet good bye. I feel totally at home here and whatever my needs, they satisfy it. “The guys were terrific to assist me with an awkwardly large box into the store. Damir was great with assisting me with the packaging for the return as well as the 5th phone call to Shark to do a simple return and ended up at the FedEx store because I could not see or print the return label from home. Damir asked them to wait to be sure he gets their email and can print the label. He was great! I know he had no idea what I had been through that day, but I needed him on my side that day. His name is Leonardo Lemus and he was the most professional and helpful driver I have ever come in contact with. His politeness and kindness was exceptional and I wish I could contact his supervisor to let him know how wonderful he is. All I could find out was that his supervisor is named Ryan and he comes out of the McKinney distribution center. We need more people in our world like Leonard.”
