Although my ring wasn’t eligible to be resized, the guys at the counter were very knowledgeable and explained in detail the reasons why they were unable to complete my request. “If you are looking for a good price and want personalized service, this is the place to go! On my first visit to their McKinney store, I arrived when they were closing, but they let me in and helped me anyway. They didn't rush me and showed me everything I wanted to see. Their selection of wedding rings were more unique with a lower cost than your typical Zales, Kay Jewelers, Helzberg Diamonds, etc. They are a family owned business, have been around for quite some time, and know that their reputation and relationships mean everything! I was hooked from that point on.Because of all that, I had complete trust in them and had a custom diamond wedding ring made by Randall. I was worried that my fiance-to-be or myself may not like the ring after he made it. Randall assured me that if we didn't like it, he would make it right and make us "happy". Well, it was done perfectly the first time, and before Christmas just as he promised me!I will definitely be going back here for that personalized experience and any future jewelry needs!”
“Absolutely recommend them. Had used in past and returned for a fix on wife's wedding band. A stone had fallen out after 25 years and they replaced and repaired. Unfortunately the new stone came out again a short time after repair. They checked it out and let's just say they took care of it. Not only do they do quality work, they back it up also. “I love this shop! I have to stop here every time I’m downtown. The clothes, the candles, the earrings, the cards … the list goes on. I love it because it is quality boho chic and all of the candles are made in store! Cocoa the manager (owners dog) is our favorite to play with. The staff is always great when I come in! It’s unfortunate for others that have had poor experiences. You have to check it this place out!”

“This shop! You walk in and it is as if Mother Earth gives you an enormous hug. Tori the owner is centered, detailed, knowledgeable, and her soul is calm. When talking to her I felt like I could take a deep breath. The store itself is beautiful. The aromas are intoxicating. There are candles that Tori makes herself that smell wonderful Native offers multiple workshops and classes you can take. The whole back area of her shop is for the classes, and her therapy. The stones and gems inside are beautiful. The whole shop was very very clean too. My favorite item in her shop are the handmade purses from Mexico! Oh my goodness! Each of them are a stunning creation, and one of a kind. There is also a rack of clothing that is a vendor she partners with. The clothing is second hand and restored. Absolutely will be coming back for a few classes and shopping.”
