“CUSTOMER’S BEWARE READ IN FULL !!!
I visited the Swarovski store in Allen yesterday to purchase a necklace and earrings from the Angelic collection. When we checked the display, the necklace was marked at $320 and the earrings at $119. However, when we went to pay, the necklace rang up as $350 and the earrings as $139.
Before purchasing, my friend asked the sales associate Valerie multiple times to confirm the price of the earrings and necklace and she repeatedly told us the price shown on the display was correct. After completing the purchase and returning to our car, we reviewed the receipt and realized the prices were different from what was displayed, so we decided to go back to the store to ask about it.
At first, we were told the system price had changed and that it had been an oversight. However, when we returned to the display area and took photos, the prices on the display were still showing the original amounts, which was confusing and concerning.
Fortunately, the store manager Shawna stepped in and handled the situation very professionally. She apologized, honored the prices shown on the display, and quickly resolved the issue. Her customer service was excellent and she made sure we left feeling taken care of.
Because of Shawna’s professionalism and willingness to resolve the situation, I am giving 5 stars for her service. However, I do want to mention that our experience with Valerie was disappointing. Her attitude and lack of attention to the pricing created an uncomfortable situation and made us feel as though we were not being properly assisted as customers.
I hope the store reviews pricing displays more carefully to avoid confusion for future customers. Transparency and attentive customer service are very important when making purchases of this kind.”

“Allen Gold and Silver Exchange is the place to do business if you are selling gold. Todd Bales is very knowledgeable and walked me through the valuing process.
I went to a jewelry store and the Diamond and Gold Exchange before going to see Todd. The first offered me half the amount as Todd and told me the price of gold was going down, and I needed to act quickly and take his offer. The Diamond and Gold Exchange offered me about three quarters of the amount Todd gave me.
I am very happy with my experience with Allen Gold and Silver Exchange and Todd Bales and will be doing business with him in the future.”
