Truckers dont listen, you have to talk to them like a child so they can follow directions. And they are also entitled and believe the sun rotates around them.

Make sure your trailer is pre cooled to -10 before you get here. The guy I talked to was nice, but I had laid over because of the trailer not being cooled enough.
