“I visited Patel Brothers for fresh samosas, roti, and vegetables, and everything felt fresh, flavorful, and reasonably priced. The live food section was especially nice, and the store had a good variety Indian vegetables for daily cooking.”
“I drive really far (from Decatur) to get to this place and I am never upset about it. Great staff greeting you as you come in, top tier butchers behind the counter, beautiful cuts of meat in grass fed, waygu, and Angus options. Local merchant products available also. I love this place and I highly recommend you swing in and shop local.”
“I want to take a moment to recognize the wonderful customer service I received at H-E-B from Alisha, the manager, and Dominique.
I went in looking for a seeded watermelon last weekend and noticed there weren’t any more available on the floor. I asked Alisha about it, and she was so kind and attentive in helping me. She asked Dominique for assistance, and Dominique immediately stopped what she was doing to bring one out for me.
I know retail can get extremely busy, and dealing with customers can sometimes be hectic, but I truly appreciated the positive attitudes and willingness to help that both of these ladies showed. Alisha even checked in with me moments later when she saw me in the store to make sure I was taken care of.
I just wanted to take the time to recognize them because their kindness and customer service really stood out to me. Thank you, Alisha and Dominique, for making my experience such a positive one!”
“I called about putting in an order for my daughter’s 14th birthday cake. Lisa Was extremely sweet and very helpful. She was extremely patient waiting for my photos to come through email. Ultimately, she had me text her the photos of the cake to her phone. She was more than accommodating. Market Street is very lucky to have her in the bakery department!”

The no credit accepted, always open, the shop here if you’re rich or broke, the grand slam of cheap and delicious, the I forgot ice cream at the Walmart and this is the only store still open, the crap I don’t have milk for my morning smoothie and it’s 2 a.m. The all mighty used to have pokestops but broke scalpers ruined it for everyone WINCO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
“If you're not going to Aldi in this economy, you're not very smart financially. 1 full cart of groceries at Aldi's is $200 -$300. 1 full cart at Walmart or Kroger is $500 - $600. Literally double. We did the test to prove a friend wrong. Aldi is like the only store not overcharging their customers. Lifelong Aldi fan here.”
“I love this location. The customer service is always top tier even at the Starbucks. I can clip coupons and get pretty good deals on my groceries every week. The clearance area is also nice with a variety of different everyday household items.”

I stopped by during the lunchtime rush and was surprised that the wait wasn't long, considering how packed it was. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the food? Absolutely incredible. I'm talking mouth-watering tacos that hit the spot every time. If you're craving real deal Mexican food, look no further. I couldn't have picked a better spot - the flavors, the vibes, everything was on point. I'll definitely be back, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic meal. “I filled my car with gas on Wednesday 10-30-2024 with regular gas at $2,37 per gallon. Just in time, a tanker truck was filling the underground tanks. As soon as I finished the price increased to $2.79 per gallon. Lucky me.”
“I have been going to this place since it was initially opened by the previous owner. They have pretty much everything in this shop. Spices, frozen meals and appetizers, basic vegetables, daal, rice juice and best of all.. they have taza brand prathas and bakarkhani (dont judge. Love them). Meat is fresh and clean. I have never had a problem with the freshness of the meat at this place. If you request, they will do special cuts as well. Great job Nasir and family in running this place with honesty and proving local community with halal options!”

“The people are what make this store what it is. I was unfortunate enough to have a slight medical emergency and the manager (I think that's who she was) immediately jumped into gear. She brought me some water, allowed another associate to go ahead and open my unpaid box of protein bars so I could eat one, and had one of the pharmacy staff come check on me. They allowed me to sit there until I felt better and she then walked me to my car. They are the epitome of customer service!”
“Crossroads Walmart has excellent curbside service. Staff is friendly, fast, courteous, and efficient. They take time to ask how you want eggs or bread handled (up front or with other groceries). On the rare occasion that something is not as it should be, Walmart customer service will take care of it and issue a refund/response quickly. Service is so helpful for those who cannot successfully or just don't want to navigate a large store. Thank you, Walmart!”
