Overall a great experience. Kristi and Todd are wonderful to work with. Kristi helped me find what I was looking for and even came by again when I started to 2nd guess my choices. Todd has a detailed eye and makes sure to do the installs correctly and efficiently. I love my new shades!

Todd and Kristie have been phenomenal - helpful, timely, and very responsive. They are available for design consultation (Kristie has a great eye!) and deliver a high quality product. They have a wide variety of products to choose from, so you can easily pick based on both aesthetic and functionality.
We had our shades installed in 2022 and are still very pleased with them. When I reached out to them regarding 1-2 minor issues over the past 2 years, they were immediately responsive and accommodating and came back to address the issue without any extra charge. Their customer service is everything you could ask for when trusting a business with your house. Highly recommend!

Kristie and Todd are amazing. They have great knowledge on window treatments and did a tremendously elegant job on our home. We ended up going with Roman shades throughout our home and settled with drapery in our formal areas and a few of our bedrooms as well. We couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend!

Although more expensive, would definitely recommend the remote control option for areas that are difficult to reach. Hope to use Made In The Shade again for the rest of our home!

“A few days ago, Kristi from the Made In The Shade Company helped transformed our living room into an elegant living space.Now we can have shades to block the sun rays entering the dinning area without sacrificing the sunset view!Because of the big tall windows with the “brows” on top we had a hard time finding shades that would both keep the view and give the shade when needed.Kristi gave us wonderful ideas and the result was a set of functional and elegant shades!
