Great customer service! Very friendly, I had an issue on my phone and they tried everything they could to solve the issue. I was in and out the store quick and satisfied! I always come to this store to pay my bills, or with any issue that I have. Highly recommend

I was really impressed with the great deals they had. I am already using my new device to write this review. Stephanie did an amazing job answering all my questions. I felt like she went above and beyond to help me out. I left the store complitelly satisfied and happy with my new phone and service.

Wow! Great service from the staff and great free phone (had to pay $19 each for 4 $300 phones). Moto g Stylus' s for 4 family members. First time on T-Mobile network, so hoping it lives up to its reputation...

Worst customer service experience ever. I’ve been having issues with my phone for over a couple of months. Due to the pandemic the store I have officially bought my phone from is clearly closed. I had already been up to the store once complained about the issue, told them I did not want my phone I would prefer a different one and all they did was trade it in for the same model phone that is still giving me issues. So I went back again to see what they could do to help. They refuse to help, then one of the ladies said will you can get it upgrade I said “OK”. She laughed and said well you don’t qualify for one.

Worst customer service experience ever. I've been having issues with my phone for over a couple of months. Due to the pandemic the store I have officially bought my phone from is clearly closed. I had already been up to the store once complained about the issue, told them I did not want my phone I would prefer a different one and all they did was trade it in for the same model phone that is still giving me issues. So I went back again to see what they could do to help. They refuse to help, then one of the ladies said will you can get it upgrade I said "OK". She laughed and said well you don't qualify for one. the other Employee (gentleman) was speaking to the manager in Spanish knowing I cannot speak Spanish, but I took my sister with me who can. They did not know that the time. She proceed to listen to the conversation he was telling his manager and realize that he had told a complete different story than what really happened. That's when she got up started speaking to them in Spanish and letting them know that she can I understand everything that they are saying. They ended up saying they can give me a new phone at the discounted price. My sister asked the employee "is this a brand new phone". He replied "yes". Come to find out the phone had been used. The employee knew it was but he lied about it when caught in the lie he says well I was told to get this one and not one out of our shelves because it will mess up with our inventory. After finding out that the phone was a used phone and not a new phone like he just previously stated he called his manager back. In the process of speaking with her the other employee female walks up and says look y'all could either leave or we could just call the cops. All because they Have been caught in lies every time they started talking. Already having enough with the lies and the back-and-forth with them I asked for a franchise number corporate number or anything I could do to speak with somebody that's above the store manager about the Experience I've had with the store. They refused. I then proceeded to ask them what their name was they refused to give me their names. I wish it was an option to write Negative stars because they do not even qualified to receive one

The parking at this place SUCKS!!! But the employees are very friendly and very helpful. They always have some kind of rebate going, you can walk out with a really decent phone with little money out of your pocket. They will give you a better deal than the phone people thats next to them.
