We just completed our 6 week beginner training course with Jacob. This was the best thing I could have done for my sweet girl and our family. Prior to training she was jumping all over everyone, stealing things off our counters, pulling my arm off while she is on a leash, and had very little socialization. At the end of our 6 week class she is a very much improved 10 month old puppy. I have had a lot of people compliment me on her behavior and how calm she is for her age and breed. Jacob has a true passion and love for these dogs and knows what he is doing. If you sign up for his class, follow his teachings and work with your dog at home (its easy to work in small increments of training at home) you will definitely start seeing an improvement in your dogs behavior as well. We are looking for to intermediate training with Jacob.

Never ever take your dog to that grooming place . They treat dogs like trash and objects . They are abusive and careless. If you love you dog NEVER go there .
Disclaimer : it is the GROOMING service inside pet smart only with that problem ( they don’t have nothing to do with Petsmart) .
Pet-smart staff and also the staff of the Banfield vet are the total opposite. They care , they show love, they offer all the info that you need and their quality of service and products is exceptional.

Me and my family went to petsmart to get some turtle crickets. I went to go look at the kittens and the new baby kittens had animal Feces all over one of the kittens and the other one just had a little on it's legs but i felt very horrible for those kittens there was also feces all over then bed they had and it was atleast two days old.

We booked the Spring special for my husky and the groomers did amazing! My pup came back healthy and very beautiful! Definitely recommend this place and we will be coming back. Thank you!

Visiting from canada, I guess people are just nicer there??. Here's what happened, I brought my dog in to get groomed and when I arrived to pick her up I was left standing there like a fool. I locked eyes with a short tanned complexion female with dark curly hair with blonde pieces at the front of her hair. Nothing was said to me at all. No "hello or how can I help you". I just stood there waiting and waiting. Finally another lady from the back came with a dog she was grooming and ask me if I had been helped yet. I responded "no." She apologized profusely and looked at the other female and then look back at me and said I thought you had already been helped. Again I said no. Customer service is key to me. It doesn't cost any money to greet someone and say hello or I'll be with you in a moment. I don't think I'll be coming back to this location again during my visit. I have been going to PetSmart ever since I got my dog in 2016, however that has been in Canada. I have never received this level of poor customer service.
