“We really appreciated how easy it was to replace the previous service provider at our Rental House when the previous tenant absconded leaving an empty tank.
Not so impressed with the continuing problems getting the account transferred to the new tenant. The effort started in July of 2025 and continues today. We received the bill for their recent refill.
It is really hard to figure out why there is an additional charge as the tenant believed she had paid everything when she asked to have the account transferred AGAIN.”
“I am so beyond thankful for Mr. Sam Robertson! At my community, we have been unable to get our grills and gas powered amenities working for our residents. That is until Sam took the time out of his day to help us. Sam, there are hundreds of residents who would sing your praise and thank you if they knew your name! I plan to utilize Enderby Gas for all our gas needs moving forward. Thank you for such a great partnership! Not only was he quick, but he was informative, polite, and provided the biggest win for us in 2026.
Thank you Sam!”
“Picked up reservation here. Staff was professional and courteous. They were having system issues and it caused delays on a very busy Saturday. I was very fortunate to interact with Tina the general manager. What an amazing human being!! She apologized numerous times for problems outside of her control. This woman truly understands customer service and leads her team to deliver the same service. She needs to be put in charge of customer relations for U-Haul corporation and set the bar for every employee within the company. Thanks for the great experience.”
