I mean they are quick, so even if the line is extremely long, it’s a matter of minutes before your in and out even with a beautiful basket of groceries ? even when you’re wearing high heels?”

“I want to take a moment to recognize the wonderful customer service I received at H-E-B from Alisha, the manager, and Dominique.
I went in looking for a seeded watermelon last weekend and noticed there weren’t any more available on the floor. I asked Alisha about it, and she was so kind and attentive in helping me. She asked Dominique for assistance, and Dominique immediately stopped what she was doing to bring one out for me.
I know retail can get extremely busy, and dealing with customers can sometimes be hectic, but I truly appreciated the positive attitudes and willingness to help that both of these ladies showed. Alisha even checked in with me moments later when she saw me in the store to make sure I was taken care of.
