It is a decent park. The pond is nice but if you are looking for a less crowded playground, the soccer park down the road has a better playground.

This park is great. It has a playground, sand volleyball courts, covered picnic tables, restrooms, and a fishing dock. There are also mature shade trees.

Clean and everything was working. Concessions were closed, not sure where the ducks and geese went? But it's been a while since I was here last. They are working on parts of the park (well... Working on sewer lines, not the park per-se... ). both playground areas were nice and clean. And people were nice!

Played Disc Golf here. Can be muddy if it has rained recently. They have recently improved the course.

Towne Lake Park in McKinney is such a nice spot for a peaceful morning walk. Even though there is currently some construction going on and at times you can catch a bit of a sewer smell, I still really enjoyed my time there. The park has so much potential and once the construction is finished it will be an even better place for walking, bike riding, dog walks, and enjoying the outdoors. I highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area!

Ducks! They are very used to people, there for they gets close sometimes. Very cool.

This place is nice because there is a walking path around the pond and there are shade trees here and there.
It's a great place for fishing with children.
The park's walking paths and parking lot are well-connected.

Love this place!!!
Great for a party or even a wedding, I got married here.
Blessed place for morning walks or evening cooldowns.
Pogo players should find this place a haven. Distance for eggs and buddies. Spawns for xp and dust. All awhile in the safely set backlit woods that the police do a great job of clearing out.

It's cute but really, really hot. I haven't gone to the trail side.. there's enough shade to make up for the heat. But I would recommend bringing sunscreen and off! Lol so many bugs. The ducks will get near you if you call them like people do with baby chicks.
