The self service machine sells individual stamps, not a book. It takes 10 minutes for it to print 60 stamps.

Easily worst post office in the DFW area. Worst customer service, they don’t tell you what matches on the website, it’s dirty in there and they didn’t have AC last time I walked in (July in Texas!!) Worth driving the next 4 towns over to avoid this one.

Takes 20 mins for them to get your package from the back. Prepare the waste an hour here at least. Its the definition of govt inefficiency

1 of 6 services available at this location. Glad to see my taxes at work. Maybe I should start paying a 6th of what you want from me on everything. Joke of a government drain the swamp release the files let them sleep in the bed they made.

Front desk service horrible. Clerk showed lack of professionalism & offered no help or assistance towards fixing the problem. Better off using UPS ground in all honesty. 0 stars if possible

There needs to be a third mailbox installed on the side street (E BOIS D ARC RD). Every time I mail a letter there, the box is so full of mail that it's nearly falling out of the opening. It's been like this for a long time. I'm sure I'm not the first to complain about this. But, after reading a few reviews, I doubt anything will be done about this problem. I'll go elsewhere. Do your jobs people.

First off, we LOVE our mail carrier, she is AWESOME - the problem is when our mail is on hold and there is a replacement for her. Our mail was recently placed on hold for Thursday - Monday. This Post Office held our mail from Tue to Infinity!!!!! We had to go request it on the following Tuesday and was told "Oh, your carrier is out and no one checked..." That certainly doesn't explain why they held it 2 days prior to the requested hold and why is NO ONE PAYING ATTENTION??? But yet Postal Costs continue to rise :( A "Sorry" might have helped the wound...

This is the eorst Den of thieves On this planet. And the postal mgr. Protects the crooked clerks. Packages have been stolen countless times here. Nobody knows nothing even washington post Master general does nothing to find and eliminate the crafty little Trolls.
