There was a mix up on an item I bought and they were shipping to me. I had to pay to ship a duplicate item back to them and they refunded my shipping! Thanks, Willow House!

Great customer service! I had an online pick up order that due to some personal obstacles I was not able to make it in. When I reached out they were able to accommodate me and get my order shipped. 10/10 customer service and will definitely shop with them again!
