“Great customer service! I had an online pick up order that due to some personal obstacles I was not able to make it in. When I reached out they were able to accommodate me and get my order shipped. 10/10 customer service and will definitely shop with them again!”
“I don’t understand the negative reviews. It’s a resale shop, you can’t bring in your items thinking you are going to make money. I usually bring a couple of totes’ worth of clothes and shoes, get 20 or 30 bucks, and then I take what they didn’t want and drop it off at a donation bin. It’s not that serious. I’m just trying to make space in my kid’s closet.”
