“Tried their signature lavender honey latte - it was pretty good. It's the sweet honey lavender latte, not the bitter one! With having a lot of customers they were a bit slow on the service.You can use a non-capital one card to pay. Capital One cardholders get 50% off.They have members and associates to help you regarding banking. Wi-fi is available however it doesn't work. Relaxing spot to chill when you are tired from shopping.It's new so it's clean and spacious. Overall I would come back if I am in Galleria for some coffee. they also sell snacks.”

“If you are with all those big name commercial banks and never been with any credit unpin, then you will never going to understand the difference. Especially Advancial credit union. Spot on with support and people are way too nice to help with any questions or concerns I had. Yes, becoming a member may not be easy if you do not fit into requirements, but these people knows how to treat their customer as members, but not fees paying customer. Online chat support is like a click away to address any help I ever needed. I do not believe I need to see any other bank anymore after I jointed Advancial FCU. No, this is not a paid review and I have much better life than to write paid reviews if one thinks that way.”

We've used so many ATMs in Stafford, this one has the benefit of being part of the Fountains mall which we come to a lot (it's a huge strip mall), so I can say that they have good ATM facilities, are a local bank (from this state of course), and nothing really bad to say. Friendly, I don't bank here but we're considering it as one of 2 or 3 new accounts we want to open. And good ATM services.”

“Been a customer for many years & the service has always been great in Mo City in Kroger as well as in Stafford WalMart. Kaneshia in the Kroger branch is extremely professional, fast, and efficient. She takes her job seriously and is truly management material! I despise the way they continuously switch the manager AND employees without reason or notice. It is most annoying. Saleem and Ms Anita in Stafford Walmart are also management material. They’ve been there forever while managers have come and gone I often wonder why not promote them. All three are more than capable! Instead, upper management just keep moving folks all over the area like musical chairs. Which is totally frustrating for the customers! Thank God for the few great ones we’ve got!!!!!Today in Kroger I had to wait long to be waited on. This branch doesn’t have a manager and it shows since they won’t promote Kaneshia!!!The hours online Are WRONG!”
