“Sean Johnson was very nice and helpful. He was patient and he took his time to explain everything to me. I applied for a refinance of my car loan for a lower rate. Although I am a member of 2 other credit unions, I told him that I did not want to go to another credit union when I was already at First Community. My credit was pretty good so I applied for a lower rate. He even showed me how to download and use the mobile app. He did not rush me and he was very professional. It is not every day that a customer can go into an establishment and be treated with the utmost respect and kindness. Thank you Sean Johnson for the excellent customer service. Im trying to buy a house and they wanted 24 months of bank statements of punctual payments for the lender; They wanted it in PDF form which just drove me to a nervous hysteria, I just knew that I was not going to make it. Dear Anacaren looked up all that info navigating hard issues and coming up with solutions! Making a PDF for each one (25) and sending it to me!!! Oh My Dear Lord is what I said because I was so grateful. I insisted that she allow me to tip her and she kept refusing. I really wanted to tip her but she said No. God has definitely added another jewel to her crown for helping me!!! She is a manager at the Greenway Plaza.
