Worst dealership ever bro all they do is waste your time . They very unprofessional and very irresponsible. Talking about they'll call me back and never call back I show up there just for them to tell me come back another day. Don't recommend them at all they are UNORGANIZED.

Went in near closing time, 15 minutes till. I already knew what vehicle I was interested in. Was approached by Hamza (Ham) and he made the process so smooth and easy! Hands down the coolest and down to earth salesman we ever had. If you’re looking ask for him. You won’t be disappointed. I’m highly satisfied with my purchase!

I highly recommend this dealership for their product and excellent customer service. Mr. Devoe helped me to find the best SUV for my family at a great price. He was knowledgeable and considerate.Albert in the finance department carefully addressed all of our questions and concerns. All of the staff members I encountered were friendly and helpful.I am so excited to be driving a brand new Ford Expedition!!

I gone with my 2021- F-150 to Helfman for Oil change, two recalls and also I have a concern about an unusual squeaky noise from the left side of engine. I clearly told this to the associate and he wrote all this down and asked me to leave the car. He called me in the evening and told me that the alternator have problem and that is causing the noise. He told me the part will be available after couple of days. So I told him to fix it because it is under warranty, and I have no rush to get the car back immediately. Monday he called me and said the car is ready. I paid the cost of oil change over phone and they dropped the car back to my home. Later I noticed that the oil change reminder was not reset and there is no windshield sticker. The noise I was concerned was still there. So I called him again and he asked me to bring the car back again. I did so and he reset the reminder and put the sticker and he said the noise is normal and nothing to be concerned. Now I am doubtful that, have they really changed the oil or not. I think they just did the recalls. No one ensured everything is taken care. I don't know why they changed the alternator because the noise I am concerned is still there and increasing. I am not sure why the mechanic cannot diagnose the problem. I am sure the noise is not normal as it is very clear that it is not regular engine noise. Now what shall I do? Go to another service center? The service I experienced in Helfman is very poor, waste of time and money.

Ask for “Ham”I had an excellent experience at Helfman Ford. I stopped in to have my Bronco Sport serviced, Wally in the service department was great. Took care of my vehicle and even did my state inspection for me, freeing up the second half of my day. This was great which allowed me to enjoy the rest of my weekend. While waiting for my car, I shopped for a new 6.7 Powerstroke when I met Hazma “Ham” Khan. He was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He answered every question I had and made me comfortable in coming back to purchase my truck. No hidden fees here, what you see is what you get.While exiting the location I was stopped in the parking lot by a manager who had followed us out just to follow up with us and make sure we had a great experience. It’s small gestures like this that will have me coming back to the family owned Helfman Ford for all my vehicle needs.

Purchased our latest vehicle from Helfman Ford and had great customer service from beginning to end. Mark "BIG EASY" Harris was very friendly, super helpful and sympathetic upon learning we'd been waiting on another dealership for over two years! He kept us informed and insured we had an "easy" experience. :) Definitely will recommend them for future purchases.

*AVOID HELFMAN FORD OR HELFMAN MASERATI! Lazy, messy, poorly coordinated, & unprofessional service!!*This was my exhausting & time consuming experience purchasing a pre-owned vehicle: I test-drove a Mercedes SLC 43 AMG that was advertised for sale on Helfman Maserati's website. I asked for Jonathan Luna as my salesman because of his positive reviews on the dealership's Google page. Before purchasing the vehicle, I asked for the dealership to fix the driver's side tail light because the corner of the light was not flush with the body of the vehicle like it should be. Manager at Maserati stated that this could be fixed, but it would be done at the sister dealership (Helfman Ford) where they house & service all used vehicles. I took pictures of all sides of the car before leaving that day. At that moment, everything was working like it should; no warning lights on, exterior (including all 4 rims) in pristine condition for a used vehicle.I came back a few days later to officially purchase the car & I saw Helfman Ford's very messy job on the tail light; the wax/adhesive they used to glue the tail light had been used in excess & was showing from the crevices of the light, which looked extremely tacky & obvious from a distance. I agreed to purchase the car under the pretenses this would be corrected, as promised by the Maserati manager. I was told to leave the car at Helfman Ford so they could fix their messy work. I also asked the salesman, Jonathan, if he could make sure the interior was detailed because there was residue on the A/C vents, an ink mark on the odometer, & general dust/dirt inside the cabin.When the vehicle was ready, Jonathan ASSURED ME that he personally made sure that the vehicle was detailed. When I got to Maserati after work, I found that the interior had NOT BEEN DETAILED like I was told. Not only was it still dirty, but the "low tire pressure" light was on & reading a tire pressure of 25 on the front R passenger tire. I found that the rim on the front R passenger tire was CHIPPED & there was a scuff mark on the actual tire right above the chip, proving that someone hit a curb while driving the vehicle. Manager at Maserati reluctantly agreed to arrange for the rim to be *REPAIRED*, but I had to take the vehicle back to Helfman Ford AGAIN (for the 3rd time) & I had to put air in the tires myself since they don't have any air pumps & their service department was closed. Discount Tire filled all the tires with air, but the front right passenger tire still would not retain the proper air pressure.I brought the vehicle back to the Helfman Ford dealership like I was instructed to. I spoke to Robert, the service manager, & he agreed that there was a scuff mark on the tire above the chipped part of the rim, proving someone hit a curb with my vehicle. He said Helfman Ford should definitely rectify the issue (including diagnostics of the tire since the tire that was hit obviously had an air leak). He directed me to the Helfman Ford pre-owned sales manager, Milton, & I explained the situation to him. He said he had no idea what I was talking about & just had a terrible attitude in general. He told me that I needed to drive back to Helfman Maserati because no one at Maserati was answering the phones & they were the ones I purchased the vehicle from anyway. A ton of confusion had to be cleared up before the rims were "repaired" by a third party that was hired by Helfman Ford/Helfman Maserati. All they did was paint the rims with the rims STILL ON THE TIRE which is clear from the pictures. This was NOT what I was promised by the Helfman Maserati manager-- he told me the rim would be "REPAIRED".Even though the tire was damaged by a Helfman employee, I had to take the car to Discount Tire to have the tire inspected. Turns out, that tire was INDEED damaged & I had to pay to replace the entire tire (see attached pictures). The Helfman experience is pathetic & disappointing. If the vehicle you like is fo

Today was an interesting day kind of bittersweet. I work with in the area and since after purchasing the Ford F150 Lightning Truck I have on a few occasions gone to this dealership to charge my truck and also let me add, where I have also ordered and purchased some accessories for my new Ford. Well this particular day I was approached by a Mr. Eric Helfman right before I was going to initiate charging my truck and he told me that I would not only be able to charge my truck today but in the future until or at least when public charging stations are installed at Helfman Ford because I did not purchase the vehicle from that dealership and the chargers were installed only for the inventory at Helfman, so I told Mr. Eric Helfman that I have visited other dealerships that are near my home ( Big Star Ford and was welcomed there ) purchased 4 Ford vehicles in the past and if this was an indication of how established Ford customers are treated at Helfman Ford then I would leave and NEVER return - consequently I visited the body shop just behind the service center at Helfman Ford where I spoke with a Representative of the Body Shop named Jimmy and I explained to him that I had a small warranty issue with how a fender molding was lined up incorrectly and with out hesitation he assured me that he could fix it with in 20 minutes and did so with no charge and side come back and see ask for me should you have any more problems . @Ford

Devoe and Marcos helped provide a great experience. No one likes to spend all day at a dealership but they made it a smooth process. They even helped connect our phones to the truck and spent time to explain and show features we wouldn’t otherwise find on our own. Really pleased with the help that was provided.

My experience at Helfman Ford was the most pleasant, stress-free relaxed, time I ever had at a new car dealership. I highly recommend these guys. They definitely have a business model that is very much all about customer satisfaction. My salesman was Amir. He was fantastic, you will not find a better salesman.
