“Went in for an alignment because our car was experiencing steering wheel issues and after a quick google search , we thought an alignment might help. Leon did the alignment and showed us that one tire was in need of replacement and and also informed us of another issue we didn’t even know about. Our steering wheel is now working normally and we will fix the other problems ASAP. This locations customer service and attention to detail was great and we will be repeat customers ?”

“I stopped by the Take 5 in Missouri City off 1092, and Will and Joe took excellent care of me. From the moment I pulled in, the service was smooth and professional. Joel was out there directing traffic like a pro, keeping everything organized and moving without any confusion.
What really stood out was their honesty. I thought I needed a top-off, but instead of trying to upsell me, they were completely transparent and told me I didn’t need it yet. That level of honesty builds trust, and because of that alone, this is the location I’ll keep coming back to.

“Each time I bring my vehicles to this company, take 5, I see how the employees are ready to go over and beyond making sure that your vehicle is safe to be on the road. My cabin filter was so dirty I had no idea my vehicle had a cabin filter to begin with. It was explained to me that having a clean cabin filter will also help the air flow from your AC smell better and blow better.
I always appreciate their patience professionalism time and effort.”

“I needed to get my inspection done quickly, so I called and was welcomed right away. Waited maybe 2 minutes and I was right in. He also mentioned my air filters (which I knew needed changing) and charged me a THIRD of the price I was given from another place. Now I know that’s something I can change on my own, but it was convenient, they had mine in stock and it was more than affordable. He showed me the air filters and I watched him change them so I had faith that it was something I should do now and especially here. Great place, sweet staff. Highly recommend.”
