“I had a knot in one of my tires, so I asked them to take a look- they found two of my tires were in poor shape and would need changing pretty soon, which matched my understanding so I didn't feel like they were trying to pull one over me. I've had that happen at other tire places, so I keep an eye on my tires condition myself. They advised it'd be good to change all four tires as well, and while the price was higher then it was a few years ago for my previous car, that's to be expected with the current economy. They were willing to price match the tires and offered a get three get one free deal, which made the pricing very reasonable. They sold to another company recently so I was a little nervous, but their work is just as solid and their process is just as transparent and fair as it was before. Tyler went above and beyond discussing my options, what I needed, and what would be best for my car in the long run, and when they realized they were a tire short, he went to another location to fetch it for me and his time estimates still held accurate!”
